How might we reduce cost of living pressures for people in Australia?

The first step for a design team is to develop an informed understanding of the problem, through human-centred research. This sets up the foundation needed to frame your problem/opportunity to ensure it is a genuine response to the needs of the people who you are designing for. The aim of this assessment is to get practical skills and experience in user research.

作为 Design Thinking 课程的一部分，我们选定了生活在澳洲的残疾人作为目标受众，项目旨在提高他们的工作机会并减轻生活上的经济压力。现阶段的作业还未涉及方案部分，主要是进行背景调查和用户调研。

我们有幸采访到了澳大利亚 2021 年度澳洲人 Dr. Dinesh Palipana、澳大利亚华人残疾人协会负责人及其他身患残疾或在残疾行业从业人员，得到了许多颇具价值的用户洞察数据。

第一次尝试这种风格的报告设计，也由于项目和健康原因设计时间比较紧迫，还有很多不成熟和比较粗糙的地方。
