如何在有限空間提高利用率，營造簡約明快的宜居空間，“空氣中的空間”利用尤為關鍵；原建築3.6m層高一層有多兩層不夠的空間結構，植入空間中的空間作為切入思路，加強空間表情的趣味性則是年輕家庭裡不可或缺的情趣所在及調節情緒的關鍵。
