花都湖新青水泥厂距离关闭已经过去了二十年，二十年来，它就这样静静地矗立在花都湖畔，见证着花都发生翻天覆地的变化。

过去，曾经有一家水泥厂存在过，曾经有一群人在这里努力工作着，现在，关于它的历史却鲜有人提起。

这间厂承载着花都经济社会的变迁，为花都的经济贡献过它的力量，

无论它是否能够继续保留，无论它的未来会变成怎样，这一段历史，都应该被铭记和尊重。

让这片特殊的场所精神与城市记忆能够得以延续。

It has been 20 years since the closure of Huadu Lake Xinqing Cement Plant. In the past 20 years, it has stood quietly by the bank of Huadu Lake, witnessing the earth-shaking changes in Huadu.

In the past, there was a cement factory and a group of people worked hard here. Now, few people mention its history.

This factory bears the economic and social changes of Huadu and has contributed its strength to the economy of Huadu,

No matter whether it can continue to be preserved, no matter what its future will become, this period of history should be remembered and respected.
