元气嘟嘟根据宜昌市博物馆文物-清朝赤面木吞口演变而来。

「赤面木吞口」

清朝时期文物，整体近圆形，双眉做火焰形，黑眼圆瞪，大鼻头，面颊圆鼓，平底。面部大部施红色漆，眉眼间施黄漆。改造后的嘟嘟沿用了原始特色，颜色青春活力，更加可爱。

「Red-faced wooden mouth」

a Qing dynasty relic, is nearly round in shape, with flame-shaped eyebrows, round black eyes, a big nose, round cheeks and a flat bottom.
