云南咖啡大规模的种植早在上世纪50年代就开始了,种植区分部在云南南部和西南部,种植面积由4000公顷增加到1997年的7800公顷,面积占到全国70%,产量占全国的83%,云南咖啡也基本确立了中国国内的主导地位。
云南的地理位置也为咖啡的种植提供了天然的生长环境,地处北纬15°至北回归线之间,大部分的地区海拔高度都在1000-2000米,地形2以山地、为主,起伏较大,土壤肥沃,常年日照充足,雨量丰富,昼夜温差大,这些独特的条件,就形成了云南小颗粒品种的独特性----浓而不苦,香而不烈,略带点果味,所以在上世纪50年代就被评为咖啡中的上品。
Large-scale planting of Yunnan coffee started as early as the 1950s. The planting area was located in the south and southwest of Yunnan. The planting area increased from 4,000 hectares to 7,800 hectares in 1997, accounting for 70% of the national area and 83% of the national output.
Yunnan's geographical location also provides a natural growing environment for coffee cultivation. It is located between 15° North latitude and the Tropic of Cancer, and most of the regions are 1000-2000 meters above sea level. The terrain 2 is mainly mountainous, with large fluctuations, fertile soil, abundant sunshine all year round, abundant rainfall, and large temperature difference between day and night. It formed the uniqueness of Yunnan small-particle varieties ---- strong but not bitter, sweet but not strong, slightly fruity, so in the 1950s was rated as the top quality of coffee.
