“环保酵素”又称“生态酶”，对于大多数人来说是个陌生的词汇，

在前期资料调研收集中了解到了国家有关环保的发展政策，了解到厨余垃圾一直是“无废城市”建设的重要攻坚点，

现代的人们追求健康饮食的同时会产生较大的鲜垃圾，相较于堆肥处理，利用餐厨废弃物制成生态酶，可用于除臭和堆肥栽培，其发酵产生的残渣晒干后也能作为肥料使用，由于其粗制滥造的生产方式，从中国农村推广到城市是困难的。

“Ecopace”整合了生态酶生产过程中的痛点，智能化、简化了生产过程。它的水循环系统方便了酶的储存和去除，产生的残渣可以从侧面取出用作肥料。对家庭产生了诸多的便利，也符合可持续发展趋势。

The residue produced by fermentation can also be used as fertilizer after drying. Due to its crude production method, it is difficult to promote it from rural China to cities.

"Ecoface" integrates the pain points in the production process of ecological enzymes, and intelligently simplifies the production process. Its water circulation system facilitates the storage and removal of enzymes, and the residues can be taken out from the side as fertilizer. It has brought a lot of convenience to families, and it also conforms to the trend of sustainable development.
