同样为吃,但吃得豪爽,吃得尽兴,吃得大汗淋漓。
那可真是人生一大爽快。

每个城市有自己的特有记忆和味道。
那么就不得不说一下拥有百年传承的中国第一面(兰州牛肉面)
兰州没有兰州拉面都叫牛肉面本地人喊“牛大”。
“一清二白三红四绿五黄”统一了兰州牛肉面的考量标准。
“一清”,即为汤清:兰州人讲究在早上吃头汤牛肉面,所以兰州街头的牛肉面馆,鲜有营业至下午的。

“二白“不是说面条,而是指萝卜:浸润过牛肉汤的萝卜片,剔透如玉、绵软清香。
“三红”则指红彤彤的辣油。
“四绿”是指香菜和蒜苗。
“五黄”才是黄亮的面条。(自然发酵,纯手工制作)

There is no Lanzhou ramen in Lanzhou, but the locals call beef noodles "niu da".
"One clear, two white, three red, four green, five yellow" unifies the criteria for considering Lanzhou beef noodles.
"Yiqing", that is, Tangqing: Lanzhou people pay attention to eating beef noodles in the morning, so the beef noodle restaurants on the streets of Lanzhou are rarely open until the afternoon.
