保留蛋黄的溏心和半熟的鲜嫩蛋白，让鸡蛋的滋味更加饱满

Eggs are rich in excellent protein and have a fancy cooking method. Food has long been a favorite as an energy supplement and a quick and relaxing treat, made in traditional Japanese style without too much seasoning to restore the original flavor of the egg. Keep the runny yolk and soft-boiled egg white, so that the taste of eggs more full
