本项目是为公司和销售员设计一款可以培养和提高销售员沟通技能的App，使新员工可以快速培养出好的沟通方式，老员工可以加强其沟通技巧。

The project started with the concept of Communication and focused on assisting the group salesperson with their communication at work. Following the principle of ‘user-centered design’, naturally, the procedure was carried out considering three parts of stakeholders: the salesperson, the customer, and the company.
