在做项目之前,我们了解到市场上最为普遍常见的一个现象:
烘焙好的咖啡豆,与空气接触后最多只能放15天,咖啡豆就已经变味了。
如果是磨好的咖啡粉,与空气接触后最长也只能放10小时,之后的味道也会渐渐消逝。
正是由于受这个特性,让原先的咖啡难以远度重洋。
屿梦胶囊咖啡正是在这种背景下,唤醒人们对咖啡的另一种处理方式。
因为胶囊咖啡的出现,完全穿越了时间和空间的限制。
可以放1年以后再喝,还能保证口味如一,相当于真正意义上现磨了一杯咖啡粉来做咖啡。
在保鲜技术上达到了一个质的飞跃,能够确保我们所喝到的每一杯都是新鲜的。

Before working on the project, we learnt about one of the most common phenomena in the market.
Roasted coffee beans can only be left in contact with air for a maximum of 15 days before the beans have become tasteless.
If the coffee is ground, it can only be left in contact with air for a maximum of 10 hours, after which the flavour fades.
It is this characteristic that makes it difficult for the original coffee to travel far and wide.
It is against this backdrop that Yu Meng capsule coffee awakens people to an alternative way of handling coffee.
Because of the advent of capsule coffee, the limits of time and space are completely crossed.
You can leave it for one year and drink it again, and still guarantee the same taste, which is equivalent to making coffee in the true sense of a freshly ground cup of coffee powder.
This is a quantum leap in freshness technology, ensuring that every cup we drink is fresh.
