主题：灯塔行动B类潜才培养项目第二阶段-管理团队之团队凝聚

意义：本阶段旨在帮助大家多角度审视个人及团队现状，从自我驱动到团队共创，深入挖掘个人与团队的价值。通过集体反观个人/团队现状，帮助学员看见现存模式及其带来的影响。在“耳、目、心”的练习中学员相互分享了成长中的故事，更加看到、听到、用心感受到彼此的相似与不同。从生疏到密切，从冷淡到温暖，从无力到凝聚，最终：我们在此就是为了共同的目标，凝聚、协同、奋斗，发挥团队的力量，为公司创造价值！

Topic: The second stage of the lighthouse operation B-type potential talent training project-team cohesion of the management team

Significance: This stage aims to help everyone examine the status quo of individuals and teams from multiple perspectives, from self-driven to team co-creation, and in-depth exploration of the value of individuals and teams. Through collective reflection on the status quo of individuals/teams, help students see the existing models and their impact. In the practice of "ears, eyes, and hearts", the students shared their growing stories with each other, seeing, hearing, and feeling the similarities and differences with each other more. From unfamiliarity to closeness, from indifference to warmth, from weakness to cohesion, in the end: we are here for the common goal, cohesion, coordination, struggle, exert the strength of the team, and create value for the company!
