不是居的餐厅依山傍水，利用高度差将装饰上移，当地特色造型植物填充出纵向的景观。左侧备餐区与右侧零点区间留出充足的动线，每桌皆有皆不同的微型盆栽，提醒人们慢下来：一侧感氛围，一侧品人味，抛缺繁杂，回归自然。
