本案的设计探索中更多思考的是如何在创造建筑丰富性的同时，要采用“以简取繁”的方式，避免不必要的盲目装饰。试图让设计过程变得更加精准、切合实际生活场景。

项目坐标南京，户型为两套小户型的并排户型，然后打通非剪力墙的结构部分，两户并一户，相较于直接购置大面积户型节约下来不少的购房成本。

The project is located in Nanjing. The unit type is two small units side by side, and then the structure of the non-shear wall is opened. The two units are combined into one unit, which saves a lot of house purchase costs compared to the direct purchase of large-area units.

“科学家把假定具有关联性的事物拆成大大小小的元件分别处理，艺术家则假定事物都是些大大小小的元件，并只处理事物的关联性”，这是罗勃·波西格在《万里任禅游》一书中表达的观点。
