How to explore and experience a place? How to describe the place and feelings through the language of visual poetry? These two main problems are my main thinking in this Margate project. In this project, I try to discover and carry out visual exploration from the perspective of deconstruction. The theory of deconstruction is very complex, but its decentralization reveals the idea of obscuring the edge, which deeply affects me. It makes me pay more attention to the edges and details during the journey of margat. And think about the diversity of things rather than the binary opposition of simple phenomena and essence. I've collected many of Margate's time-lapse markings, which, in my opinion, are the most interesting features of this coastal city. In the process of text processing, I try to eliminate the fixed way of reading from the perspective of deconstruction, so that the text becomes more neutral, as if it can be read from anywhere. In visual graphics, I take the deconstruction method of surreal collage and design the visual deconstruction of the collected images by texture collage.It's my idea of project exploration and application to de neutral and focus on marginal things.
