有着对天赐沃土的感恩，和对朴实生活的向往。

他们对河南热土，万亩麦田爱的深沉，

他们将淳朴化为汗水滴落田间，润泽万物。

他们将麦子制成食物，哺育祖祖辈辈。

 

合谷堂，履上追寻的脚步，领悟麦香的温度，

将一代代人薪火相传的感悟制成中华点心，岁月歌颂。

每一粒麦子，饱含自然的阳光雨露

每一道手艺，揉制师傅的匠心工艺

每一个出品，遵循传统又发扬创新

每一口味道，当天现烤纯手工制造

这些生生不息的，口口相传的，
