New Coffee

New Coffee在繁忙都市提供給大眾精心又純粹的味道。店內可品嚐獨到的早、午餐，也可買到無添加自家製麵包和香濃馥郁的咖啡，帶給人最自然樸實滋味。

包裝方面以白、金色二色作為主色調，運用日式庭園枯山水理念，營造簡樸的匠人氣息。我們請來香港藝術家林巧兒為New Coffee創作三款手繪包裝圖案。第一款直線概念來自咖啡沿杯口緩緩滴落的痕跡；第二款源於製作曲奇時，糖與牛油旋轉攪拌時的畫面，充滿夢幻和藝術感；而最後一款則描繪烘培麵包的形狀；簡潔筆觸與New Coffee自然有機的出品相呼應。

New Coffee offers an elaborate and pure taste to the public. People can enjoy breakfast and brunch, as well as the non-added homemade bread and fragrant coffee, giving you the most natural and fresh feeling.

In terms of packaging, the main colors are white and golden. The overall design is near to the Japanese Karesenzui concept which can express the originality and purity of New Coffee product. Moreover, we have invited Hong Kong artist Lam Hau Yi to draw three patterns for the products. The concept of the first pattern (straight line) comes from the trail of coffee dripping slowly along the rim of the cup. The second one comes from the image that sugar and butter are mixed together and rotated when making cookies. The last one depicts the shape of baked bread. Overall, the simple patterns reflect to the pure and organic food of New Coffee.
