【Case】_01_Whether to enter a new market

This is a real case practice from look at my shoulder of vector Cheng. It mainly about a traditional trash moving company's decision of entering into a new market of moving things with containers and trucks.

The candidate gave a framework to analyze this case, which is divided into four parts, customers, products, company itself and competitors. This candidate show a good performance in probing the information and giving suggestions.

I then read this case interview and make a map to show the analyzing process of market entry case. For the interviewer side, he first tell the information and background of this company, and then always answer the question from candidate and make some supplementation. For the candidate side, he proposed his concept and framework from four aspects, from given information he finished some estimation of this market and make a decision to judge whether to enter in this market or not.
