【演讲】English video: A market survey competition

A English video of L'OREAL summer internships which successfully enter the next turn(group interview), the topic is to introduce a situation when you faced a trouble and the ideas you proposed to handle the problem.

I introduced a market survey competition I took part in when I was a sophomore, our team is to analyze the problems and the prospect of the traditional taxi and online hailing car. When we designed a questionnaire we found that few are willing to help us to finish that. So we read the questionnaire in detail and found that it's not attractive enough and respondents had no patient to finish all the questions.

So I proposed three suggestions, first we made the questions shorter and describe it briefly. Second we designed a poster which related to the competition between online car hailing and traditional taxi on the front cover to attract passers-by. Third we changed view to the business side by taking an interview of drivers to get deeper insights of this industry. Finally we collected more than 1000 questionnaires and got first prize in this competition.
