项目名称：居住空间全案设计<br>设计单位：杭州民舍制作空间设计工作室<br>设计主创：贺赞辉<br>项目地址：江西萍乡<br>项目面积：170m²<br><br>该项目是位于萍乡市中粮首府壹号的170平米洋房叠墅，方案中最难的改点是从一上二楼的楼梯空间，基梁位的结构做出设计调整，将楼梯面扩大，步数放缓。一楼原有房间墙体拆除，融合楼梯过道空间后形成宽敞方正的空间体量，同时通光量也大幅提升，我们将之与客厅位置的进行联动，很大程度上改变了原有空间关系和生活动线。就此将一楼空间纯粹作为开放性空间。<br>The project is a 170-square-meter villa of foreign houses located in No. 1, Capital of COFCO, Pingxiang City. The most difficult change in the plan is to adjust the stair space from the first floor to the second floor and the structure of the base beam to expand the stair surface and slow down the number of steps. The original walls of the room on the first floor were removed, and the space of the staircase and corridor was integrated to form a spacious and square space volume. At the same time, the amount of light was greatly increased. We linked it with the location of the living room, which greatly changed the original spatial relationship and life line. Therefore, the first floor space is purely open space.
