初次接触这个项目，发现在餐饮行业中有这么一个品类，

它一直存在城市的各个角落，

在不同的地方生根，即使它是那么的脏乱差，但在城市白领及年轻工作者心中，是一份挥之不散的情怀及“生活”。

然而一份“脏乱差”的猪脚饭不应只停留在让顾客担心用餐质量的传统阶段，它在人们生活中的价值感，应该被更好的重视，我们如何用文化美学，让猪戈戈品牌拥有打动人心的品牌力。

开业半年已开近十家分店。
