陕西盛华冶化有限公司成立于2007年11月，公司现有固定资产4.5亿元，员工500余名，其中专业技术人员80余名，隶属陕西省大型国有企业——陕西有色金属控股集团有限公司，是综合性的铁合金冶炼和贸易企业，中国铁合金工业协会理事单位。公司厂区位于陕西省汉中市洋县谢村工业园，距西汉高速洋县出口6公里，108国道100米，交通便利。

公司拥有世界上唯一完善的三台30MVA电炉硅钙合金生产线，工艺装备国际领先，年产优质硅钙合金4万吨；金属钙丝、钙粒生产线年产能5000吨；中频炉复合合金生产线年产能5000吨；国际先进的年产3万吨还原金属钙生产线即将投产运行。目前生产的产品主要有硅钙合金、金属钙丝、金属钙粒，以及钙铝合金、铝铁合金、硅钙钡铝、铝锰合金、稀土硅镁等复合合金，产品规格齐全，检验手段先进，已形成为全球主要的钙系、复合合金脱氧剂研发和生产基地。

The company , attached to the large-scale state-owned enterprise ---------Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., LTD, is a comprehensive ferroalloy smelting and trading enterprise ,and an association unit of China Ferro-Alloy Association. It lies in Xiecun industrial area, Yangxian country, Shaanxi province, China, and takes the advantage of connivent transportation for just 6 miles to Xi-HAN Expressway and 100 meters to 108 China National Highway.

The company builds up 3 sets of 30MVA electric furnaces which are the unique and excellent production lines in the world. Armed with tip-top machinery and equipment, we reach an annual production capability of 40 000 mts calcium silicon alloy, 5 000 mts of calcium metal and pure calcium cored wire. The production line of intermediate frequency melting furnace has an annual output of 5 000 tons of complex ferroalloys.The cutting-edge production line of reductive calcium with a production capacity of 30 000 mts is planed to put into operation soon.
