Boston Subway is the underground transportation service that transfers people from a place to another at an affordable price. Carriages offer passengers seats to sit and rest, handrails for grabbing and holding, spaces for standing, and are equipped with broadcast for arrival, departure, and notice reminders.

In the subway stations, there are line maps for passengers to refer to, accessible facilities and elevators, electronic notification boards with line information and estimate time of arriving.

The primary use of MBTA service is to provide convenient and affordable transportation services for passengers. Most stations are located in the urban areas, while some distant areas are made approachable by the subway as well.

The user research will focus on the interview process.
