China in the 1990s｜概念短片

该短片为哥伦比亚大学视觉艺术系的本科毕业作品。

短片的创作灵感来源于二十世纪九十年代的中国。在改革开放的推动下，中国农村的经济发展逐渐起步，而同一时期的香港也处于政权移交，经济态势理想上升的阶段。该短片的创作目的是将多个展现内地与香港生活写照的素材融为一体，以此来展示和对比两地不同的发展环境。

随着世界发展的不断变化，中国内地和香港在经济及社会上的融合也经历着新的变革，以此为基础创作的概念短片《二十一世纪的中国》即将上线。

In the 1990s, driven by the policy of reformation and opening, the economic development in the Chinese rural area started gradually. In the meantime, Hong Kong was in the stage of reunification, with its economy also showed a trend of rapid growth. The purpose of the video was to show and compare the different development environments between the mainland China and Hong Kong, by integrating multiple footages that revealed the portrayal of life in these two regions.

As the world evolves, the economic and social integration between mainland China and Hong Kong has also undergone some new transformations. Based on this concept, a new video "China in the 2000s" will be released soon.
