2017UABB盐田分展场——村市(是)厨房主视觉及衍生设计

盐田展场位于大梅沙村，该村多年来被埋没在周边快速的城市化和旅游产业的发展中，为附近产业外来工提供了生活成本较为低廉的衣食住行场所。盐田分展场通过建筑微改造的方式，将村内现有的零散空间梳理整合，并与生产方式统一起来，与村民的日常生活相结合进行创作和展览。艺术的介入是另一个层面的实验：通过种植、烹调的行动进入村落的公共空间和建筑，以“村市（是）厨房”为主题，除了空间与食物生产外，还结合当地丰富的历史文化遗产，创造装置、影像、互动的作品。建筑师与艺术家配对合作，共同探讨未来城中村的一种崭新的更新可能性，为盐田留下一种艺术生活方式的参考样板。

Yantian sub-venue is located in Dameisha Village. The art projects and exhibitions in the Yantian venue resulted from the architectural micro-renovation that sorted and integrated the existing scattered spaces within the village into unity, and they had the local modes of production and everyday life of the villagers incorporated and embodied. The intervention of art was another level of experimentation where we entered the public spaces and buildings of the village through planting and cooking under the theme of “Village as Kitchen”. In such process, we produced not only space and food, but also installations, videos and other interactive works. It was also a process where architects worked with artists in exploring new possibilities for the future of urban villages, leaving behind a brilliant example of artistic lifestyles for Yantian District.
