邓公本为卤源于重庆巴渝文化的饮食传承，用最地道的本味卤汁还原卤菜，融合江湖菜等地道川渝特色全新定位卤菜系列。为了更好的表达本味及古法我们也查阅了很多资料用最真实的一面传递出巴渝自己的味道。

Deng Gongben is a kind of food heritage originated from Chongqing Bayu culture. He uses the most authentic flavor of brine to restore the brine, and integrates the characteristics of Sichuan and Chongqing such as the river and lake cuisine to create a new orientation of the brine series. In order to better express the original flavor and the ancient method, we also consulted many materials to convey the flavor of Bayu on the most real side.
