我们与阿里云智能LOT部门深度合作，主要研究的是“城市失独老人养老”服务设计，大量文献阅读后总结方法，通过实地走访街道、社区和失独家庭；访谈社区工作人员和社会公益组织负责人得出具体的用户画像及用户旅程图来挖掘痛点，通过AIO生活形态量表确定目标用户，讨论选定核心技术和产品，拟出解决方案且刻画商业模式画布和商业策略。

产品交互需要开发网页端和APP手机端。我们设计了相应的logo、功能流程图、具体的界面展示和视频展示。

Design of smart home-based elderly care service in cities.

We have in-depth cooperation with Alibaba cloud's intelligent lot department, mainly focusing on the service design of "elderly care for the elderly who lost their independence in the city". After reading a large number of documents, we summarize the methods by visiting the streets, communities and families who lost their independence on the spot; interviewing community workers and the heads of social welfare organizations to get specific user portraits and user journey maps to find out the pain points, which are determined by the AIO life form scale Target users, discuss and select core technologies and products, draw up solutions and depict business model canvas and business strategy.

Product interaction requires the develo-pment of web and app mobile terminals. We designed the corresponding logo, function flow chart, specific interface display and video display.
