经常在全国各地行走的张先生，骨子里是个特别热爱生活的人。一次广东之旅，体验到在充满传统文化氛围的空间里品尝美味的早茶之后，便萌生了一个念头：他想把这种令他留恋的体验带回他的家乡-----山西大同。
Mr. Zhang loves life very much, who often walks all over the country. An idea came into being: he wanted to take the experience that he missed back to his hometown, Datong, Shanxi Province- after experiencing the delicious morning tea in the space full of traditional cultural atmosphere, on a trip to Guangdong.

饺子是中国北方日常饮食，已有千年传统，根深蒂固的形态和模式已经落后于当下人的审美和用餐体验。如何让这固有的生活形态变得更舒适愉悦， 是张先生经营的餐厅一直苦于要解决的问题，也是我们餐饮设计师热衷于探索不止的终极命题。
Dumpling is a daily diet in northern China, which has thousands year tradition. Its deep-rooted form and mode have lagged behind the taste and dining experience of the people who serve it. How to make this inherent life form more comfortable and pleasant is the problem that Mr. Zhang has been struggling to solve in the restaurant, and is also the ultimate proposition that our catering designers are keen to explore.

张先生集合了中国新锐设计师杨师威，从建筑外观，室内设计，家具，食物器皿等都进行了整体的规划与设计，把大同云饺子餐厅翻译成中国文化语言，与全世界沟通。
Mr. Zhang has assembled a new talented Chinese designer Yang Shiwei to carry out overall planning and design from the aspects of architectural appearance, interior design, furniture, food utensils, etc. He has translated Datong cloud dumpling restaurant into Chinese cultural language and communicated with the world.

外观改造和室内空间设计由深圳有为设计完成，有别于当地饺子餐厅，把中国传统
建筑语言与美食语言完美的结合。餐厅入口经典的中式案几，不锈钢格纹屏风，与弧线优美的落地吊灯相得益彰。优美的繁花油纸伞，角落的罗汉松，假山，青苔，均是无处不在的美好。
The exterior renovation and interior space design was designed by Shenzhen Youwei design company. It is different from the local dumpling restaurant and perfectly combines the traditional Chinese architectural language with the gourmet language. The entrance to the restaurant is a classic Chinese style, with a stainless steel plaid screen that complements the beautifully curved floor chandeliers. Beautiful is existence everywhere: flowers and paper umbrellas, Luo Hansong in the corner, rockery, and moss are decoration the beauty.
