Y型路由器

We are constantly looking for a form which presents household router as a friendly product rather than a cold machine with antennas. We are intent to create a new form which makes a router not only user friendly but also easy to fit in domestic environment. Model Y is an approach to these intentions.

We realized that most wifi routers on the market could be symbolized as a box with several antennas which makes router a quite strange looking product in domestic environment. We reconstruct the "box and antenna” form and make the two parts into one. The mainboard part and antennas part are reorganized and covered by a “Y” shaped shell. Meanwhile, cables are another issue that makes a router machine like. In model Y, we designed a room dedicated for all the cable connections. Cable joints are hidden to make sure that the product is presented in one unitary form.
