2016年，利用UX地图整理我们通过访谈和观察系统用户收集到的数据。

它主要包括三个要素:

-做(指用户真正想做的或他们想达到的目标的动作)

-思考(当他们使用我们的系统时任何可能的想法和想法)

-感觉(使用的感觉和完成后的反馈)。当所有这些元素都被清楚地整理出来时，你便能够获得洞察力或机会，这将有助于你做出设计决策，并将设计步骤从定义转变为想法和原型。

in 2016 by using UX map to sort out the data we collected by interviews and observations of system users.

It basically involves three elements:

- doing (the action which means what users really want to do or what goals they want to achieve)

- thinking (any possible thoughts and ideas when they are using our system)

- feeling (the using feeling and the feedback once they accomplished). And insights or can say opportunities will be given when all these elements are clearly sorted out which will highly help to make design decisions and to transfer design step from define to ideas and prototypes.

In this practice, we use these model in initial research and its quite useful to help us to reorient our design purposes.
