SHARING OFFICE SPACE 共享办公空间服务层

本项目地址位武汉市二环与三环的中心区域，业主希望打造可供楼上创新性办公企业一个综合咖啡、书吧、休闲、路演及会议的空间。

设计过程中我们用“场景”做为本项目的设计切入点，让每个空间有自己的场景特性，不同的场景有不同的故事发生……

置入十个大小不同的方盒体来划分空间。

室内通过借景的方式来扩大屋顶花园的展开可视面，入户增加方盒体从屋顶花园进入增加仪式感，形成室内外相呼应。

水吧台区域放置休闲与路演书吧中心区域考虑服务半径方便使用，路演书吧区是半开敞区域，后期该区域可作为小型发布会及路演活动场所。

培训室可打开做为大型多功能培训教室也可关闭做为中型会议室，艺术走廊做开敞式空间方便后期做不同类型策展需求。

The project is located in the central area of the Second and Third Rings of Wuhan. The owners hope to create a comprehensive space for coffee, book bars, leisure, road shows and meetings for innovative office enterprises upstairs.In the design process, we use "scenarios" as the design entry point of this project, so that each space has its own scenario characteristics, different scenarios have different stories...Place ten boxes of different sizes to divide the space.By borrowing scenery, the indoor space expands the visual surface of the roof garden, and increases the sense of ritual by adding square boxes from the roof garden to the household, thus forming an indoor and outdoor echo.The water bar area is located in the leisure and road show book bar central area, considering the service radius for easy use. Road show book bar area is a semi-open area. Later this area can be used as a small conference and road show venue.The training room can be opened as a large multi-functional training classroom or closed as a medium-sized conference room. The art corridor can be used as an open space for different types of curatorial needs in the later stage.
