“空巢青年”是很多都市的年轻族群正面临的问题，在冠寓的设计中，我们希望建立一个注重线下社交与生活的交互空间，以空间作为媒介，设定聚会、讨论、分享学习、游戏娱乐等多个使用模式，通过运营与组织管理实现“多元生活”的构想
The “empty-nest youth” is the difficulty that many young people living in the city are facing. For this reason, in the design of “GuanYu” apartment, the aim is to create a living space focused on the offline social interactions and the daily life, in which the space is regarded as a medium, and various patterns of usage, such as the party, discussion, shared learning, games, and entertainment are defined, so as to realize the conception of “diversified life” through the operation and management.

图书空间被刻意安排在了末端，转折的角度带来了安静气氛，设计将该区域抬高，一方面视野的变高获得更为独立的场域，界定功能属性，另一方面踏步与活动座椅构成了一个阶梯教室，可容纳集体分享活动。
The space of library is deliberately arranged at the end, and its angle of the corner provides a quiet atmosphere, which is designed to be an elevated space. On the one hand, the elevated views could obtain a more independent field, defining the functional attributes, and on the other hand, the steps and operable chairs form a terrace classroom, which can accommodate group sharing activities.
