畢業設計“對話”共生社區模式化
我們畢業于湖北商貿學院（環境藝術設計專業）

畢業設計題目：“對話”共生社區模式化
解釋主題：“對”對比 “話”話題
對比：本次設計選址為城中村，與周邊高層社區做一個建築以及綠化等對比，建築與建築的對話。
話題：
1.社會熱門議論的話題“杭州養老院”年輕人入住養老院。
2.中國現狀存在一個“老齡化”嚴重以及養老院出現路“公立難進，私立難營”。
3.買房以及租房價格過高，剛畢業、創業者等青年壓力山大。
調查總結：
年輕人入住養老院非長久之計；
優勢：調動空房資源節約成本提高服務質量，有利於長期發展。
缺點：不能真正解決年輕人無房可租問題，隨著老齡化增長，需求的人更多，只會變成佔用社會資源。
在我國傳統習俗的影響下，並非所有老人都願意入住養老院，寧願在家養老，除非是逼不得已的非自理老人才會選擇入住。
如何解決（辦法）：“共生社區模式化”（初步提出想法）
策略：合同制（針對剛創業年輕人住房問題，限定租房年限）、制度化（要求入住年輕人遵守規矩，幫助長者）、“多勞少交”（字面意思就是為社區貢獻越多，房租就交的少）等方法。
社區不僅僅是一個生活的場所，同時也是一個修生養性的地方，每一間房子都有他的靈魂，這和情緒、職業、行為等有關。創作設計與使用者之間的情感和需求鏈接，才是設計的根本。
這才是設計中最寶貴的那一部分。
