学而优书店创立于1994年，至今经营已有24年，是广州的老牌民营书店，亦是这多年来新港东路一带的学生放学后看书的聚脚地、附近街坊陶冶文学情操的文化场所、以及附近中山大学学生购置学术图书常光顾的门店。

学而优的核心理念为“唯有学，方能优”，这是一家用人文情怀营造一个舒适、有互动性、能够促进交流共进、传播学术文化的阅读空间，致力于服务广东省内从幼儿到年长一辈，热爱学术，善结书友，对文学专业类书籍有需求的群众。

     Founded in 1994, XueEryou Bookstore has been in business for 24 years. It is a veteran private bookstore in Guangzhou. It is also a gathering place for students who read books after school in the area of Xingang East Road for many years. And the students of the nearby Sun Yat-sen University who purchase academic books and frequent visits.
