吾言团队受邀到园区商旅公司湖滨新天地总建筑面积为3.1万平方米，建筑风格节奏明快，充满着现代的气息。 引进了众多特色餐饮和高档休闲娱乐的商家，其中有台湾著名的王品台塑牛排和蔡家食谱等。湖滨新天地于2018年2月正式开业，它的开业为园区和苏州市民提供了一处良好的商务和休闲场所，为园区增加了一道亮丽的湖滨风景线。
