EXTREME SCALE/ “极度繁琐” 概念训练

这是这学期开学的第一个思维训练，题目是“extreme scale”

每个人都要思考对于个人来说什么是“extreme”，什么是“scale”。extreme可以是极大的，极小的，极度单调的，极度痛苦的... 各种。

在这里我将日常中常见的一个状态—— 衣服的标签作为我的“scale” 表现其极度繁琐的一个状态。

以前很苦恼，为什么宜家的标签总是那么多，难道不浪费不多此一举吗？ 后来到美国才知道，有些国家对于lable有强制的要求，这些标签受法律约束，必须标明一些特征，比如材质和洗护手法，这是为了避免不正确的洗护造成环境的污染，和关乎人的健康。

我用一种捎带嘲讽意味的做法，假想了一个很长很繁琐的牌子以示重点，牌子的名字叫做“THIS IS A CLOTH THAT IS EASILY WASHABLE QUICKLY WEARABLE CLEARLY UNDERSTANDABLE READILY AVAILABLE AND YOU'D BETTER GET ONE"

This is a school project finished in 2 weeks. The aim is to design something in an extreme scale.

So the first step is to consider what is my scale and how extremely it could be. The word "extreme" is not only the size large or small, but also the deep meaning behind the size.

What I found is the tag in our cloth is kind of bother me. Some of them are too many and people have to remove it. After I searched online, I notice that caring labels are made for some rules, which means manufactures has to make useless stuffs to cater some sort of laws, in the mean time bought a lot of inconvenience to costumer.

So here I created a brand to make "super easy washable cloth" in a ironic way. the band itself has a super complex name, and so does it labeling.
