We received a very open brief from Sir Elton’s management, with the only stipulation being that he should not appear in the video. Our first instincts were to compare Elton’s career to classic modern art, using costumes from his performances over the years as our reference. He’s could well be the only pop star alive who could pull off an idea like this for their video.
