1. Participants should ensure that they have read and are willing to abide by the contest rules before submitting their works. The organizer has the right to cancel the entry of any works that violate the contest rules;
2. Entries submitted by participants must not be used commercially or by authorized others, and must be original works of participants. All fonts in the entry content page must be free from any copyright issues (i.e. open source fonts). Participants shall not plagiarize or steal others' works, and the copyright of the works has not been transferred to others (if the works contain material elements <non-original parts>, participants shall have the copyright license of the material). If any copyright dispute occurs in the course of the contest or commercial application, the legal responsibility shall be borne by the participant;
3. During the contest period, participants shall not transfer or authorize the entries to any third party. Participants shall keep the copyright of the entries intact before the publicity of the competition and shall not use the entries to participate in the activities organized by other platforms or brands that are the same or similar to the contest;
4. In terms of cooperative works, the consent of all cooperators shall be obtained and the names of all cooperators shall be indicated; The same user name can upload multiple groups of different entries and the selection result is based on the works, that is, the same user name can get multiple awards;
5. Entries shall not include national flags, national anthems, national emblems, national maps, military flags, military songs, military emblems, etc., copywriting and picture elements related to the nature of national subjects of each country. Entries shall not harm the dignity or interests of any country or divulge country secrets. Entries shall not interfere with social stability, harm the public interests, endanger personal and property safety, or disclose personal privacy. Entries shall not interfere with public order or violate good social customs. Entries shall not contain obscene, pornographic, gambling, superstition, terror, or violence content. Entries shall not contain any ethnic, racial, religious or sexual discrimination. Entries shall not harm the physical and mental health of minors or disabled persons. Entries shall not interfere with the protection of the environment, natural resources or cultural heritage. Entries shall not infringe upon the rights and interests of third parties. Content related to the organizer's competing brands in the same industry shall not appear. Any third-party LOGO and IP image unrelated to the contest shall not be added. Other circumstances prohibited by laws or administrative regulations shall not occur.
6. During the contest period, the organizer and the the undertaker will identify and check the originality of the works one by one, and have the right to delete works violating the originality rules, disqualify participants and cancel the award. The authors shall accept and respect the judgment results of the organizer and the undertaker on the originality.
7. In order to ensure uniformity in the presentation of the works and facilitate the dissemination of the organizer, participants are requested to download and use the competition template in the [contest materials] to create their works. Please save the works in RGB mode, JPG/PNG format for uploading the works, and keep the source files of the works. If participants need to display more effects (such as motion effects or videos, etc.), please save it as a mode that can fully display the works (including but not limited to GIF format);
8. Please read the contest instructions carefully, take the contest and the organizer's brand seriously, and do not publish illegal, spoof, impostor works and other works that do not meet the entry requirements in the name of the contest.
9. As there will be a large amount of works to be uploaded in the middle and later period of the contest, please arrange the time reasonably and submit the works time in advance to avoid repeated uploading or uploading failure;
10. This contest does not accept artificial intelligence works and AIGC works are not allowed in the contest.
1. There are 3 groups of "First Prize" and 6 groups of "Second Prize". The complete copyright of the works will be transferred to the organizer (or its designated subject), and the winning author shall assist in signing the Copyright Transfer Agreement. The organizer has all rights and interests in the redesign, production, sales, display and publication of the corresponding design scheme. The winners shall not re-license this right to any other person or institution, and the winning author reserves the permanent right of authorship of his/her works.
2, There are 15 groups of "Third prize". The complete copyright of the works is still owned by the original author (except the organizer/undertaker/supporting unit LOGO itself), the organizer (or its designated company) enjoy the two-year right to use the works, and the winners shall assist the organizer to sign the Copyright License Agreement.
3. If the organizer needs to make reasonable adjustments to the winning works of "First Prize" and "Second Prize", the winners shall provide necessary assistance and cooperation.
4. The copyright of the remaining unawarded entries belongs to the original author (except the organizer/undertaker/supporting unit LOGO itself), and the organizer and undertaker shall not use or disclose the source files of the unauthorized works in any form.
5. The organizer/undertaker/support unit has the right to display, report and publicize all the entries, and the authors reserve the right of authorship of their works. If the organizer needs to do with the works other than the winning works with any commercial use such as developing producing,or selling, it must obtain the written permission of the participating authors and pay the corresponding design fees to the participating authors.
6. Once the works are submitted, it will be deemed that the author agrees to and complies with the relevant provisions of the contest. If there is any dispute over the copyright of the works in commercial use, the organizer shall not bear any legal liability arising from the infringement of the rights of others (or units), and the author who provided the works shall bear all legal responsibilities.
7. If the winner gives up performing the relevant copyright transfer or authorization obligations, he/she shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived the corresponding award.
1. The award notification will be sent to the email address of the winner reserved during contest application within 5 working days after the publicity of the final result. Please confirm to provide real and effective contact information.
2. After the event, the winners should check the email and cooperate with the organizer to works collection, copyright agreement signature and prize and award distribution.
3. If the winner does not respond to the award notification within the limited time, the prize will be deemed to be abandoned, and the award and prize money will be replaced by another participant.
4. The undertaker will arrange the payment of prize money after the competition. All prize money is settled in RMB and is in pre-tax amount, with individual income tax withheld and paid by ZCOOL website. The same winner may win multiple awards, but total prize money is subject to consolidated tax and withholding.
5. The prize money payment time is subject to the copyright agreement. Please wait patiently.
