我們常說，這個世界上有太多的物是人非，光景西馳，桂花載酒，卻丟了當年的少年豪邁。同樣，這個世界上也有太多的物非人也非，佳景不再，友人難尋，再走故鄉的路，卻像是踏上了奔向異域的途。

We often say that there are too many cases where things remain the same but men are different.Time flies,even though we can still buy some sweet-scented osmanthus and the wine for trips as what described in a Chinese poem,lofty sentiments can no longer be found. Likewise,there are so many cases where both men and things are different compared with the past.Neither the beautiful scenery nor the close friends can be found again,and even when we are taking walks on the path in hometown,we feel that we are embarking on the way to the exotic.

可是我想，這個世界一定還存在著另一種景象，是物非，人卻依舊是。是庭前花謝，行雲聚散，而那些心中藏著信念的人，卻敵過了時間，在歲月奔騰的洪流裏，守住了一方初心。

However,in my mind,there is another case where the things remain the same,and people remain unchanged.I think so because there are people who have faith hidden in their hearts,no matter how time flies,how the flowers bloom and wither,and how the clouds gather and depart.They have beaten time and remained true to their original aspirations.

千百年來，朝代更迭，眼前的景變了又變，身邊的人換了又換，可是對於那些把整個生命都傾注在一類藝術當中的人而言，似乎時間能夠帶走一切，卻又沒有辦法帶走他心中那份已經化入了時間的堅定。

For thousands of years, the dynasties has taken their turns, the scene before us has varied, and the people around us have changed,too. But for those who devote their whole life to a kind of art, it seems that time can take everything away, but there is no way for it to take away the inner firmness that has integrated into time.

上相致力於石雕文化的傳承，數十年來，我們一直都在堅守著初衷，而那些設計師、工匠師們，則更是數十年如一日，在他們熱愛的地方默默耕耘。我們一直都在聽從著初心的指引，不論走了多遠，外部的世界如何變換，我們都不敢忘記自己為何而出發。

SHANGXIANG devotes itself to the inheritance of stone carving culture for decades.For decades, we have been sticking to our original aspirations, while the designers and craftsmen have been working silently at their beloved posts for decades. We have been true to our original aspiration,and no matter how far we go and how the outside world changes, we have never forgotten why we started.

這份對待初心的堅定，在影響著一個企業的命運，同樣也影響著一份文化的傳承，影響著一個人一生的前行之路。

This steadfastness to the original aspiration is not only affecting the fate of an enterprise but also affecting the inheritance of a culture and a person's way forward in life.

這個世界很大，我們都太容易迷失。可是即便時節如流，如果我們仍能在不居的歲月裏堅守住自己，這該是何等自豪。

The world is so vast that we are all easy to get lost. But even if the time is running like rivers, how proud we would be if we could still hold on to ourselves in the years keep changing.

我們想要我們的民族文化能夠傳遞得更遠，能夠屹立在世界的文化之林，我們想要擎著星光，為初衷奔走。而這一切，不是寄託給時間，也不是寄託給作品，而是寄託給每一個未曾改變的人。

We want our national culture to be transmitted further and stand in the forest of world culture. We want to take strides for our original aspirations with stars twinkling over our heads. And all this is not for time, nor for works, but for everyone who has not changed.
