作为一个健康管家,大白不仅是机器人,也同时扮演着医疗伴侣的角色,
陪伴着主角一起成长

这次大卫逊设计公司与上海璟和技创机器人有限公司通力合作,基于其自主研发的康复训练系统,对产品的外观、结构进行了深入研究,设计了这款康复机器人——Flexbot.
Based on the rehabilitationtraining system that independently developed by the company, Davison Design cooperates with Jing He Company deeply, studying on the appearance and structure of product. Finally, we designed the rehabilitation robots——Flexbot.
Flexbot为解决脑卒中、颅脑损伤、脊髓损伤等疾病引起的下肢运功功能障碍而设计。包含了精密机械,电子,自动化控制,虚拟情景互动软件等技术。从早期康复介入,为患者提供量化的、多体位的、多种运动模式的步态训练,同时实时提供数据信息反馈。通过对患者实施以神经可塑性原理为基础重复的步行训练,可以使患者脑运动功能可塑性达到最大化,达到“积跬步,以至千里”的效果,最终帮助患者重新掌握步行运动技能。
Flexbot is designed for solving the dyskinesia of lower limbs caused bystroke, craniocerebral injury and spinal cord injury, including precision machinery, electronics, automatic control, 3D virtual scene interaction software and smart sensors. Flexbot system enables the walking rehabilitation training interfere at the bed-riddenstage, and it provides high intensity and repeatable robot therapy, with gradualtransition to the upright walking training. The six freedom degrees are capableof independent module driving, with modes of stepping, single joint andbicycles etc. At the same time, the data is fed back to create a human-machineintegrative system. The neuroplasticity-based training maximizes the patient’sbrain exercise figurability, making the patient capable of walking little bylittle.

在外观上,大卫逊设计公司的设计师们下了很大的功夫,但最复杂的部分是结构设计。如何使机体适应各类身型的人群;如何最大程度的配合康复训练系统的实施,这些都是难点。
In appearance, of course, designers have a lot of work on it. However, the most complicated part is the structure design. How to make the robot body adapt to all kinds of people's body? How to cooperate with the rehabilitation training system in a best way? These are all difficult.



Flexbot有不同的工作状态,这给设计师增加了更大的挑战性。在不断的制作手板、调试的过程反复中,终于找到了合适的结构数据、人机尺寸,以保证在各个工作状态下,Flexbot都可以起到康复治疗的作用。
