       水与电力无疑都是城市建设、城镇生活的重要资源，净水厂电厂电站等城市设施为居民生活提供着便利，却又是居民最不喜欢靠近的构筑物。其实城市工业与城市居民生活之间存在着很大的隔阂。// Water and electricity are undoubtedly important resources for urban construction and urban life. Urban facilities such as power stations in water purification plants provide convenience for residents' lives, but they are the structures that residents dislike most about proximity.There is a big gap between urban public life and urban residents.

       随着社会科技的进步地下设备设施的建设日趋成熟，城市里新建立的净水厂逐渐开始规划建设到地下，而地表则将建设为绿化公园。这无疑为市中心的净水方案提供了新篇章。但地下水厂对换气系统的要求相对高。需要保证充足的换气量。且气体适宜几种排放。故此在城市公园的中央将会预留出几个塔体，我们为排风塔体提供一个满足于公园园林空间及其排放功能的艺术化解决方案。// With the progress of social science and technology, the construction of underground equipment and facilities is becoming more and more mature. The newly established water purification plant in the city has begun to be built underground, and the surface will be built as a green park. There is no doubt that it provides a new chapter for the water purification program in the city center. But groundwater plants have relatively high requirements for ventilation systems. There is a need to ensure adequate ventilation. And the gas is suitable for concentrated emission. Therefore, several towers will be reserved in the center of the city park, and we provide an artistic solution for the exhaust tower body that is satisfied with the park garden space and its emission function.

艺术概念//Artistic Concept：

       广州更靠近热带地区，温度湿度都适宜植物生长，故此广州自古也有花城美誉。可能正是这宜人的气候与花鸟美景，培养出了广州人对生活的向往与追求，也间接塑造了广州人之间关怀。在花开季节，广州城到处可见天花烂漫的景色，花瓣聚集于树梢，挂于枝叶，飞絮半空，散漫地面。此番景象让人不禁赞叹。// Guangzhou is located in the subtropical region near the tropics, and the temperature and humidity are suitable for plant growth, so Guangzhou has also been famous for flower cities since ancient times. It may be this pleasant climate and beautiful scenery, which cultivates Guangzhou people's yearning and pursuit of life, and indirectly shapes the care between Guangzhou people. In the flowering season, Guangzhou City can see the scenery of flowers flying everywhere. The petals are gathered at the top of the tree, hanging on the branches and leaves, flying half empty, scattered on the ground. This scene is amazing.

       项目的地下层是下沉建造的净水处理中心。其对空气集中排放的要求，恰好为地表提供了几个垂直向上的出风口。我们把“花漫羊城”的概念设定为几个风之塔的主要元素。表现漂浮的花瓣被广场的几个小旋风卷起的画面。因此在作品的表面上分布了两组旋转的纹理区域。结合地面的艺术桌凳，呈现落花缤纷的景象。// The underground layer of the project is a sinking water treatment center. Its requirement for centralized air discharge just provides several vertical upward outlets for the surface. We set the concept of "City of flowers" as the main element of several wind towers. It shows the picture of floating petals curled up by several small whirlwinds in the square. So two sets of rotating texture areas are distributed on the surface of the work. Combined with the art benches on the ground, there is a colorful scene.

       

       净水中心的进气口为远处周边的步梯入口与风井；风之塔底设置有主动排风系统，气体集中于塔心排放。通风系统配合净水系统启停，保持地下净水中心稳定的氧含量。// The air is comes from the Entrance 250m away. Active exhaust device was installed under the tower. The whole ventilation system is to ensure oxygen content in the Underground purification center.

     风之塔的地表高度为28米。负一负二总高为12米。由负二层净水中心建立封闭通风塔直通塔顶。外沿是围绕的步行旋转楼梯，成为一个可登高的城市观光塔，供游客登高眺望。风之塔外立面为金属构架，作结构支撑与包裹作用。在金属杆件之间，安装有金属的花瓣单元叶片，每个单元由自动化控制，能作开合。使得外立面可以自动化控制花瓣的旋转上升的效果。// The surface is 28 meters high. The total height of minus one and two is 12 meters. The closed ventilation tower is established by the negative second layer of water purification center. The outer edge is a walking rotating staircase around it, which becomes a high-rise urban tourist tower for tourists to look up. The outer facade of the wind tower is a metal frame, which is used for structural support and wrapping. Between metal members, a petal unit blade with metal is installed, each of which is automatically controlled and can be opened and closed. So that the outer facade can automatically control the rotational and upward effect of the petals. 

       同时在支架安装的光学传感器也能识别阳光照射于塔表的情况，并反映于表面单元的开合效果，实现自动遮阳功能的同时让建筑表面成为一个能呼吸的外立面。// At the same time, the optical sensor installed in the bracket can also recognize the sunlight shining on the tower surface, and reflect the opening and closing effect of the surface unit, realizing the automatic sunshade function and making the building surface a breathing facade.
