* The bonuses are payable in USD(pre-tax). The organizer shall withhold the taxes awarding the prizes.If any winners require the bonuses be exchanged into CNY, the
organizer shall award the bonuses to those winners based on the USD-CNY currency exchange rate that time.
* The 51 big award winners will be elected based on the rating of the jury and the public voting (on a 7:3 scale).
* The winner of Popularity will be elected based on the public voting results.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Before submitting their entries, contestants must have read and agreed to comply with all the following requirements; violation of any of the
requirements may disqualify a contestant's further participation.
2. The entries submitted must have not been commercially used and the copyrights of the submissions have never been transferred or permitted to a third party; originality is mandatory; copying and stealing others' works are not allowed; where copyright disputes occur during the contest or
commercial application, the contestant shall bear full responsibility.
3. To better exhibit the design, all participants shall download and use the template to display the works.[Click to download the design template]
4. If cooperation is involved, a contestant shall obtain the consent of all the co-authors and indicate the names of the involved parties.
5. The sponsor and the organizer have the right to exhibit, report, and publicize any entry collected.
6. All participants shall well preserve the original raw files of the designs; where a participant is awarded, he/she shall deliver the original raw files to the Sponsor and sign agreements regarding copyright transfer or permission; where the participants are not able to provide the original raw files,
he/she will be considered to have voluntarily abandoned the award.
7. Awarded designers shall assist the Sponsor in modifying the awarded designs after the Contest; all awarded designers shall, if necessary, assist
the Sponsor in adapting the awarded designs for good purpose.
8. Each contestant can submit multiple entries, which are independent from each other. Awards are granted based on the individual entries.
A contestant is permitted to win more than one award.
9. Within five working days after the result announcement,the organizer shall contact the winners through email, by phone or any other method
of contact provided by the contestant upon their registration for the contest;the contestants shall ensure that their contacts are correct and effective.At the request of the organizer, award winners shall assist the organizer in collecting design works, signing the copyright agreement,distributing
prizes and certificates and other related tasks. Awarded winners who fail to respond to the awarding notification within 10 days shall be deemed to have voluntarily abandoned their awards.

1. Creativity and uniqueness of the design
2. Appeal of artistic expression, visual effects, and representation of creativity
3. Accuracy and logic of conveyed messages; combination of practicability and creativity
4. Standardization and completeness of the entry: compliance with the design template and
inclusion of the required design elements

COPYRIGHTS

1. The intellectual property of each entry is owned by the original author.All awarded works will be exhibited on organizer's on-line theme store with recognition and allowed for global users to download for free.
2. The organizer will be granted with the use right of all awarded entries and will be allowed to redesign,produce,exhibit and publish the design
works; where copyright disputes occur during the contest or commercial application,the contestant shall bear full responsibility;the copyrights of the awarded entries can be transferred to any third parties as long as the use right of the sponsor is well protected;
3. Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation on the Contest.
